• Check-In at any time from 1500hr on the scheduled day of arrival.
• Our latest check-in is at 10pm, if you do not check-in by 10pm and did not make any prior arrangements with our Guesthouse Manager, your reservation will be considered a no-show and will automatically be cancelled with no refund.
• Rates quoted are for occupancy of 4 persons only.(adults/children)
• Due to stringent Fire & Building regulations for heritage buildings, all guests are to be registered upon Check-In. The Management reserves the right to evict unregistered guest(s).
• Please be informed that surveillance cameras are in operation at the entrance of 45Lekiu.
